Our Story of Evolution

In 2011, a young and ambitious Md Jahangir Alam—driven by the entrepreneurial spirit instilled in him by his grandparents and shaped by a middle-class upbringing—embarked on a mission to change how businesses approach technology.

The Beginning - MicroTech
Dropping out of his Computer Science Engineering program to pursue his vision, Jahangir founded MicroTech, a fledgling IT company with a bold dream: to bring world-class technology solutions within reach of every business, big or small.
The Evolution - Xtroniq
By 2016, the company's growth demanded a bolder identity. MicroTech evolved into Xtroniq, expanding its portfolio to offer advanced IT services spanning sectors from healthcare to finance.
The Transformation - Synoviq
In 2024, inspired by years of growth, learning, and a desire to redefine what an IT partner could mean for modern businesses, the company embraced its ultimate identity: Synoviq.
