Job Overview:

Synoviq IT Solutions is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team for the Australian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales for our website development, app development, and digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and other strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities in Australia.
  • Proposal & Presentation: Prepare and present customized proposals, pitches, and service packages to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Handle negotiations, close deals, and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM software, and generate reports on sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in business development, sales, or a similar role in the IT or digital marketing industry.
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of website development, app development, and digital marketing services.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills with a persuasive approach.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Strong sales, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools, email marketing, and sales automation platforms.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Availability: Flexible to work in Australian business hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling IT services in the Australian market.
  • Understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of web and mobile technologies like WordPress, Shopify, React, Laravel, etc.
